Kirk Robinson
Managing Director
Kirk Robinson is the Director of the Kare Plus Ireland Master Franchise. Skilled in management, human resources, payroll and employment law, Kirk’s career began in various management roles in the catering industry. Kirk then trained in payroll, and went on to establish and run his own business in outsourced payroll and HR consultancy for over 15 years. As Kare Plus director, Kirk prides himself on offering unrivalled support to our clients, staff and franchisees.
Margaret Loubser
Home Care Manager
Margaret is a proven business manager with years of experience managing large teams, liaising with clients, and overseeing day-to-day operations in a busy and fast paced environment. After relocating to the Republic of Ireland in 2019 she changed her focus to the Healthcare industry.
Joining Kare Plus in 2021 ignited her passion to be a long-term part of a team & company that prides itself on offering a very high quality of care for our clients and working with a team of healthcare assistants that help make that possible.
Pauline Casey
Human Resource Manager
Pauline is the HR Manager at Kare Plus Wexford with 20 years’ experience across a range of HR subjects including recruitment, employee relations & welfare, and performance management.
 Joining Kare Plus in 2021 as HR Manager, and working closely with the Care Manager Pauline is very passionate to ensure that every employee feels valued, appreciated and happy to work for Kare Plus.
Rosemary Redmond
Field Care Supervisor
Rosemary joined Kare Plus in 2023 as our Field Care Supervisor and has a background in surgical nursing, health service management and community care. She has worked in the UK and Australia and brings a wide breadth of clinical and management experience to the team.
Rosemary is a qualified manual handling and patient handling instructor and delivers our in-house training programme. She is also responsible for the supervision and support of our health care assistants. She considers the delivery of a high standard of care to be a priority and regularly meets with clients to introduce the service and to carry out quality reviews.
Farrah Quil
Schedular & Office Support
Farrah began her healthcare journey in Waterford Institute of Technology, completing her BSc in Applied Healthcare in 2016. She previously worked for a telehealth company where she was involved in patient scheduling and follow-up discharge calls and went on to become a quality analyst, where she reviewed students nurses and HCA’s calls to clients. She started with Kare Plus as a Healthcare Assistant and after a few months joined the office team to become the Scheduler and Care Coordinator for the Wexford office. Farrah is very passionate about ensuring that carers and clients receive the best of support.
Albina Visocka
Accounts & Payroll
Albina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and worked in a bank before deciding to become a qualified accountant. She enrolled in an accounting technician course and found work experience while studying. Later, she worked full-time during summer and switched to part-time in September, enrolling in a Business Management course. She continued to work as an accountant-technician at Ru Compliant alongside her studies. Albina has completed the Business Management course and is currently enhancing her skills in Accounting.
She’s also a dedicated volunteer translator, helping migrants integrate by translating essential information from English.
Albina oversees accounts, payroll and invoicing for the Wexford office.
Sarah Robinson
Accounts & Payroll
Sarah came from a background in education and training prior to her commencement with Kare Plus and has also worked in the retail and catering industries in previous years. She began her Kare Plus journey doing general administration when the Wexford pilot office opened its doors in October 2018. Never shy of a new challenge, Sarah has been involved with a lot of different areas of the business, having previously worked doing recruitment, induction and staff training. Sarah oversees accounts, payroll and invoicing for the Wexford office.
