Meet The Team

Tobias Feih is the Office Manager of Kare Plus West. Tobias holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Care from the National University of Ireland, Galway. He has a vast knowledge having worked in many different areas of the social care sector with over 8 years total experience. Tobias has worked in Home Care Services in a caring capacity and has over 4 years of experience in all aspects of home care service delivery through various management roles. He has great empathy for clients, their families and health care caregivers given his extensive experience in the field and is very passionate about delivering high quality care to all our customers.

Zoë holds a Bachelor of Nursing from Flinders University, Australia. She has gained vast experience having worked in many different health care settings over many years and understands the importance of providing compassionate and personalised care in home care settings.
Zoë is compassionate and committed to providing all clients, families, and staff with outstanding care & support through her role as care manager.

Donna Clarke is the lead of our Care Coordinator team. She has achieved her Bachelor of Arts in Social Care and Master of Arts in Child & Youth Studies in Athlone Institute. Donna enjoys working in a busy environment. She has over 6 years’ experience in the Home Care Services with a vast amount of experience in the field in both a caring and management role. If Donna is not busy working in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family. She applies this passion and personalised approach to every client and staff member that she deals with daily.

Maraleeze is a care coordinator with the team. Maraleeze gained her degree in psychiatric nursing from GMIT in 2013. She worked in various different settings while nursing including care of the elderly, acute mental health and intellectual disability. During this time, she gained an in-depth knowledge of care planning and provision. She applies this knowledge and experience into her daily work as care coordinator. Maraleeze approaches her work with empathy and passion and thrives to ensure that the highest level of care is provided at all times to both clients and families.
