Meet the Staff
Kirk Robinson – Director
Kirk Robinson is the Director of the Kare Plus Ireland Master Franchise. Skilled in management, human resources, payroll and employment law, Kirk’s career began in various management roles in the catering industry. Kirk then trained in payroll, and went on to establish and run his own business in outsourced payroll and HR consultancy for over 15 years. Kirk gained his experience in the Irish Healthcare Industry with daily running of Kare Plus Ireland Pilot office in Wexford when it opened its doors in October 2018. Kirk prides himself on offering unrivalled support to our clients, staff and franchisees. We are now looking for national franchisees to join and expand our very successful business.
Sarah Robinson – Senior Administrator
Sarah came from a background in education and training prior to her commencement with Kare Plus and has also worked in the retail and catering industries in previous years. She began her Kare Plus journey doing general administration when the Wexford pilot office opened its doors in October 2018. Never shy of a new challenge, Sarah has been involved with a lot of different areas of the business, having previously worked doing recruitment, induction and staff training.
Sarah now works in the Kare Plus Ireland office where her main role is to support the directors with various aspects of the business, as well as providing training and support for the new franchisees around Ireland. Sarah also currently oversees accounts, payroll and invoicing for the Wexford office.
Sarah is also our compliance lead at Kare Plus Ireland, overseeing staff compliance and ID badges, ensuring that all employees and staff policies and procedures comply with regulatory standards.
Traci Fortune – Office Administrator
Traci’s background in Healthcare stems from caring for her Grandmother for several years before she became resident of a local Nursing home. During this time Traci was an active part of the care team surrounding her Grandmother.
After her grandmother moved to the Nursing home Traci undertook a QQI Level 4 General Office Skills course and completed her work experience here in the Kare Plus Wexford office.
Traci proved to be more than competent in her role and now works as our full time office administrator where she is responsible for general office duties, scheduling interviews, Garda vetting and supporting Senior Management in all aspects of the business.
