Tyler Greene – Head Of Recruitment
Tyler came from a background in sales and business development, prior to commencing his career in recruitment. He subsequently went on to work for several recruitment companies, and gained a wealth of knowledge and experience as a recruiter, including recruiting for a variety of different industries, international recruitment for multinational companies and managing teams of recruiters. Tyler joined the Kare Plus Wexford office in March 2019 as Recruitment Manager, and his role in the company is to look after various establishments, internal recruitment for the office staff and business development. Tyler also oversees the agency staff who work in various establishment settings, and provides the vital link between our business clients and their agency staff. As well as internal and agency recruitment, Tyler also does Kare Plus Ireland Master Franchise recruitment, looking after recruitment for our various franchisees.
Farrah Quli – Care Coordinator
Farrah began her healthcare journey in Waterford Institute of Technology, completing her BSc in Applied Healthcare in 2016. She has experience in all fields of healthcare, including care of the elderly, caring for clients with mental health issues and intellectual disabilities. She previously worked for a telehealth company where she was involved in patient scheduling and follow-up discharge calls and went on to become a quality analyst, where she reviewed students nurses and HCA’s calls to clients. She started with Kare Plus as a Healthcare Assistant and after a few months joined the office team to become the Scheduler and Care Coordinator for the Wexford office. She is very passionate about ensuring that carers and clients receive the best of support.
Noeleen Myk – Field Care Supervisor
Noeleen is a Field Care Supervisor with many qualifications and much experience. She started with Kare Plus Wexford in June 2019 and provides immediate support to our care workers on the field, covering all areas of County Wexford. Noeleen is also a certified Patient Manual Handling instructor and she facilitates our training days and inductions for new staff.
Conor Bates – Recruitment Consultant
Conor Bates landed in Kare Plus in September 2019, after spending a year in the sky as a cabin crew member with Ryanair! Conor started out his journey in the catering industry in coffee shops and restaurants and also worked in retail. With years of customer service experience, Conor went on to study in Waterford Institute of Technology obtaining a Level 7 Business Degree. Conor now oversees agency recruitment and rostering for Kare Plus Wexford’s various establishment clients. With an outgoing friendly personality, Conor is well underway to expanding Kare Plus, providing an outstanding to service to clients and carers alike.
