Meet The Team
Kirk Robinson is the Director of the Kare Plus Ireland Master Franchise. Skilled in management, human resources, payroll and employment law, Kirk’s career began in various management roles in the catering industry. Kirk then trained in payroll, and went on to establish and run his own business in outsourced payroll and HR consultancy for over 15 years. Kirk prides himself on offering unrivalled support to our clients, staff and franchisees.
Farrah began her healthcare journey in Waterford Institute of Technology, completing her BSc in Applied Healthcare in 2016. She previously worked for a telehealth company where she was involved in patient scheduling and follow-up discharge calls and went on to become a quality analyst, where she reviewed students nurses and HCA’s calls to clients. She started with Kare Plus as a Healthcare Assistant and after a few months joined the office team to become the Scheduler and Care Coordinator for the Wexford office. She is very passionate about ensuring that carers and clients receive the best of support.
Sarah came from a background in education and training prior to her commencement with Kare Plus and has also worked in the retail and catering industries in previous years. She began her Kare Plus journey doing general administration when the Wexford pilot office opened its doors in October 2018. Never shy of a new challenge, Sarah has been involved with a lot of different areas of the business, having previously worked doing recruitment, induction and staff training. Sarah oversees accounts, payroll and invoicing for the Wexford office.
Traci’s background in Healthcare stems from caring for her Grandmother for several years before she became resident of a local Nursing home. During this time Traci was an active part of the care team surrounding her Grandmother.
After her grandmother moved to the Nursing home Traci undertook a QQI Level 4 General Office Skills course and completed her work experience here in the Kare Plus Wexford office.
Traci proved to be more than competent in her role and now works as our full time office administrator where she is responsible for general office duties, scheduling interviews, Garda vetting and supporting Senior Management in all aspects of the business.
Angie’s career started in the Catering Industry before her Healthcare journey began. She worked part time in private care for over 8 years and fully qualified as a Healthcare Assistant in 2015. Angie realised that she wanted to develop her passion for helping others further and joined the Kare Plus Wexford Team shortly after our establishment in October 2018. She has been a real asset to the company ever since.
Angie says; “I have enjoyed helping the business to grow. My aim is to work hard to make life easier for others.”
Angie now takes on the joint role of Field Care Supervisor while continuing her duties as a HCA with her much loved clients.
