Our aim is to aid and support you within your own home.
You can avail of our services for as little as 1 hour a week, up to 24 hours a day.
We believe that everyone should be empowered to live their lives independently for as long as possible, and our staff are there to bridge the gap, and provide our clients with any assistance that they may require.
We assist with Activities of Daily Living – fundamental skills that are required to independently care for oneself.
This can include meals, personal care, assisting with mobility, medication reminders and light housework.
Dementia & Alzheimer Care
We provide support and assistance to clients and their loved ones through positive approaches when caring for clients with Alzheimer’s or Dementia.
Our qualified carers provide assistance with personal care, medication reminders and memory activities while using a calm approach.
Our carers can also provide guidance to family members on how to deal with uncharacteristic behaviour that may occur.
End of Life & Palliative Care
End of Life care aims to improve the lives of people whose illness is no longer curable.
It helps them to live as fully as possible to the end. It seeks to relieve the physical symptoms of illness while equally addressing the patient’s emotional and spiritual needs.
The aim of Palliative Care is to enhance the quality of life of those living with life limiting progressive conditions and their families. Our main priority is to respect the needs and wishes of both the client and their family members. We focus on promoting comfort and dignity during these difficult times.
Assistance With Daily Errands
Our carers run errands for our clients or accompany them to appointments etc.
We encourage our clients to keep their own independence for a long as possible, by providing assistance with daily errands, we assure the client and their loved ones that they are in a safe environment while maintaining their independence.
Postnatal & Parenthood / Household Support
Looking after a new baby can be stressful and challenging for anyone.
We are here to support mother and baby after birth by providing services such as running daily errands i.e. shopping, collecting prescriptions, household duties, personal care and support.
Intellectual Disability Services for Children & Adults
We are dedicated to meeting the needs of both children and adults with Intellectual Disabilities.
Our carers support adults with Intellectual Disabilities with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence.
Using a person-centred approach, our carers can help young people with Intellectual Disabilities to develop the confidence and independence required to participate in education, training and employment.
We also provide assistance to children with Intellectual Disabilities, through support with homework and other learning activities.
Emergency Care & Respite
Our Emergency Care Support staff are here to respond to unexpected circumstances. We are available throughout the day and out-of-hours, and can provide our services at short notice.
Our Respite service provides relief staff for both full-time and family carers. This can be arranged to suit the individual needs of the family, such as short breaks throughout the week, or extended periods of time e.g. for a holiday.
Mental Wellbeing Support
Our carers are highly trained in the area of Mental Health and Wellbeing. Our objective is to integrate our clients back into the community by building on their interests.
Through our assistance, we promote independence by helping with managing the daily running of their home.
