Meet The Team
Patrick - Director
Patrick holds a Business Management Diploma and has extensive experience managing businesses for over 20 years. He has gained his experience in care managing a Nursing Home since 2001 which allowed him to understand the needs of employees, clients and families. Patrick enjoys a busy environment and his extensive experience in the caring field allows him to manage well both staff and clients needs.
Karolina – Director
Karolina holds Bachelor Degree in General Nursing and Level 9 Gerontology Diploma. Karolina has gained her experience working in Nursing Homes in Ireland in different areas, starting as a Healthcare Assistant and working her way up to the Director of Nursing role which she held for the past 3 years. This allowed her to deeply understand every level of care provided to the clients.
She has great empathy for clients and families and enjoys working closely with them to provide the best level of care.
